Hello. 

My name is Mrs. Jane Lockhart.   I retired from North Carolina schools after teaching for 30 years in 2019.  I taught 3rd grade at Forest Hills during the 2019-2020 school year and then COVID hit.  I am excited about returning to Forest Hills and teaching 2nd grade. 

A few facts about myself:

* 1989 - BS in Elementary Education (K-6) Appalachian State University

* 2002 - Received my National Board Certification

* 2012 - MAED in Reading from North Carolina A&T State University
