Welcome to the 2022-2023 school year at Forest Hills Elementary. We are excited to have the opportunity to teach your child and to have you as a partner in this very important journey. As a full partner, we hope that you will take seriously the responsibilities listed in the Parent-Student-Teacher Compact. Parent Support and Involvement is one of the most important factors in helping your child to have a successful year.
Also, we know that Forest Hills Elementary has great kids who are willing to work hard to grow each day. Therefore, we will expect our students to come to school every day with a willing and self-disciplined mind full of enthusiasm. We will expect our students to approach learning in a cooperative and respectful manner. We will hold our students to high standards in academics, behavior, and attitude.
We believe in the great potential of our students. We believe all students can and will learn. We believe all students are motivated by high expectations from teachers and parents. We believe all teaching/learning should be child-centered and engaging. We believe a safe and caring environment enhances student learning.
