Hello, Park Avenue Panthers and families!!! I am an Instructional Coach for Math and Science!!!

 As a coach,  I support Park Avenue Teachers by building their abilities and understanding of the content-specific curriculum and instructional practices aligned with the Virginia Standards of Learning. As an instructional coach, I am responsible for ensuring high-quality instruction in classrooms through modeling, co-planning, co-teaching, and providing non-evaluative feedback to teachers.

As an Instructional Coach, an supports teachers and administrators through professional development, coaching, and providing appropriately aligned
resources to foster student academic success. I am not in a supervisory position and does not include the evaluation of colleagues.
