I am from Monroe Township, New Jersey. I graduated from Monroe Township High School in New Jersey. I went to Rowan University in Glassboro, New Jersey and graduated with honors with a B.F.A. in Studio Art with a specialization in graphic design and photography. I also graduated with a B.A. in psychology. I obtained my teaching license in Virginia in 2016. I started teaching at O.T. Bonner Middle School in 2016 for two years. I have been the visual arts teacher at Forest Hills Elementary since 2018 and facilitate an after-school art club for our 5th graders there.

I am a mother of two daughters, Grace and Emma, who were born in Naples, Florida. I am an arts advocate and enjoy displaying my students artwork in our community and school.
